Translations for important paperwork

Translations for USCIS submissions

We prepare full English translations of Spanish-language records with a translator certification of accuracy, completeness and competence, following the federal translation requirement. Translation support is separate from immigration advice or representation.

Personal & civil documents

Ask about birth and marriage records, personal statements and other civil documents. Include both sides, seals and attachments in the copy you provide so we can review the complete scope.

Business & administrative documents

Translation of business correspondence and administrative documents between English and Spanish. We confirm terminology, document volume and intended use before accepting the job. Translation does not include legal interpretation or a credential evaluation.

Recipient requirements & preparation

Tell us where the translation will be submitted and share any written instructions. Certification, notarization and apostille are different services. If the recipient requests additional formalities, we confirm the scope and any separate costs.

Common questions

What is a certified translation?

A certified translation includes the translator’s statement about completeness, accuracy and competence. The receiving organization determines its document requirements. Translator certification and notarization address different requirements.

Does USCIS require an English translation?

Foreign-language documents submitted to USCIS generally need a complete English translation and the translator’s certification described in 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Share the receiving instructions so we can prepare the translation for that use.

Are certification, notarization and apostille the same?

No. They address different requirements. Tell us exactly what the recipient requests; we will explain the translation scope and confirm whether additional services are needed.

Do you guarantee acceptance?

No. The receiving organization decides acceptance and may have additional requirements. We do not guarantee a USCIS decision, approval or processing time.

How are price and delivery determined?

We review language direction, page count, readability, complexity, required certification and urgency. We confirm the service price and estimated delivery before starting. Separate shipping or third-party costs are identified separately.
